Jan 15, 2012 · Ford should care and should have a number to call if you have complaints or issues to resolve. I can speak for GM that they were very helpful when I had an issue with one of their dealerships. Though the dealership is privately owned it's in the interest of Ford to keep customers happy and keep complaints away.
