A few weeks ago I had to file a BBB complaint to get someone to talk to me about a parts request to fix two out-of-warranty laptops. I didn't want free, I just wanted to find out if the parts were available. I was ready, today, to buy two new laptops with a courtesy discount, and then Dell refused to honor their valid, unexpired coupons.

Dell Inspiron 7580. So many bad reviews here which I find astonishing. After 11 years sterling service I replaced my Studio 7 Dell laptop which could no longer accept Windows 10 up-dates (hardly surprising really as it was originally loaded with Vista!), After some research I chose the Dell Inspiron 7580 and a very fine machine it is too.

Feb 19, 2012 · In order to file a complaint with the BEtter Business Bureau you log onto their website and click on "File a Complaint" You don't need a lawyer. YOu don't appear in court. They investigate and work with you and the company. That doesn't mean you can't take them to court. You can if you want.
