I have been signed up with them for the past few years & have enjoyed watching many of the TV channels that they provide. They give you access to channels like ESPN, HBO,etc. But the quality is not as good as you may expect it to be.

My mom is alone while I'm at work and would go nuts without tv, loves to watch Young and Restlless and is not tech saavy.
