Direct is owned by AT&T now so I expect that kind of service from them, but I expect better from Costco. They should have a special line with Direct that takes care of members. On another note, when I signed up I did not want them to pull my credit report as the FICO score will record this.

DIRECTV is not to be trusted. They quoted me a bundle price of $102 per month for TV and cell phone service in August. In December the bill for DIRECTV alone was $109! I've had to call a 3rd world country every month to fight their over-charges. And the charges are higher and more fraudulent each time!
