Sep 12, 2016 · Most project builders use waffle pods these days. Nothing wrong with them in certain situations. But you need to do your homework on why they fail. Dixon are nearly the last to do conventional footings(not waffle)..

Went modular home and chose Whitson Builders. Eddie Whitson orchestrated the entire process from start to finish. Managed all on site work and had us moved in 4 months. Modular homes cost less than stick built and still comply with hurricane code of 150 mph. Highly recommend modular construction -- be sure to use Whitson Builders.
