DLF seems to be very un-professional in handling the booking of New Town Heights. I am also been slapped a PLC of 500 Rs i.e 22.23%. In all the ongoing and completed projects in Gurgaon the PLC was never been such high and at max be about 100-150 Rs (Lower Floor + Garden/Pool Facing).3/5(206)

Q: I booked a 2bhk flat in dlf new town hts. sector 86 block D,which was a non plc flat. Now after 3 years I recd. a mail from dlf stating that due some layout plan change, the flat alloted to me is a 3bhk flat & I would be alloted some other flat which has plc of around 450000, which is an additional burden for me.
