Nov 14, 2019 · As for the doctor's code, I spoke to my doctor about the issue before I left. I was told who was doing the coding and the charging off. As I said in my complaint, it is not the doctor. I have known him for many years and consider him a friend. SETMA needs to get its act together, admit that they have messed up, and fix the problem.

When a patient is prescribed and taking an antidepressant that when there isn't any refills and Setm... a will not authorize any refills without seeing the patient, they call said patient relaying this information so the patient can be seen before running out of medication. Do they do that, no they don't. Setma let's a patient try to cope without their medication while waiting on the refill.3.9/5(9)
