Some of your complaints are not really valid: 1) All the car hire places are in the same area adjacent to the airport so Dollar is no worse in that regard.. 2) If you opt to be quoted and billed in a foreign currency to the country you are visiting you will ALWAYS get ripped off on exchange rates.
