I bought a dooney and bourke less than 6 months ago and then noticed that the leather was peeling at the bottom of the bag. I sent the bag back and received a letter from them that I could get another bag that was $228 or more and that they would only pay $114 , that would mean I would have to dish out another $100 + to receive another bag!
