Jul 16, 2018 · OP can only make a complaint to the ombudsman about his retail provider. He is not a customer of nbntm. This isn't correct. A customer can't complain to nbn about their internet service but can complain about any works done by nbn and it's contractors including pit works and PCD/NTD installs. They have a dedicated department for it.
