Aug 17, 2006 · I Moved in to my Vista Del lago Town home by Dr horton On July 2 2006. On June 28th we had our Final walk through. At the time of the walk through there was no A/C nor was the gas hooked up. Dr horton was rushing us to move in. Through our walk through we found so many major problems that are still not fix to this day.

Consult a lawyer. Make sure you exhaust your rights before you lose them. A lot of builders will have you sign away your normal legal rights in exchange for a shiny home warranty (that greatly reduces your protection). If your local courts have a searchable legal index, see if anyone else has sued DR Horton and call those lawyers.
