At times DStv has been charging me fees which makes no sense to my compact package. I used to have two DStv decodas which I cancelled one in the year 2018 and a DStv consultant helped to create a password if I ever want to reconnect the cancelled decoder. My complaint is that the "4 U decoder" is currently not working at home, and they indicate that it is the decoder that is faulty, I have taken it to DSTV in Randburg to test, and it proves that the decoder is working and there is a connection problem from the dish installation. Bling is refusing to check and resolve this problem.
