Very disappointed! Ordered flowers to be sent to my sister when they arrived some roses were dead, emailed and sent pics and got an apology and another bouquet sent...second bouquet worse than the 1st was not happy at all..offered a 3rd bouquet but rejected this and asked for a refund..full refund given within 15 minutes.

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM E FLORIST. If already not, one of the biggest internet fraud company out there. Order flowers from E Florist and flowers were never deliver. E Florist claimed since the flowers were never deliver they will credit me the full amount that was charged for the flowers.
