Jun 21, 2016 · The carport had collapsed and was completly demolished. It also took out somone elses camper when it collapsed. I was in disbelief. There are 5 other carports in the campground all bought from the same dealer and Eagle Carports, with one of the others being the exact same size as mine. All other carports are still standing. A very sad day for us with only 3 months into a new Eagle Carport and the damage due to snow is terrible. We called and found no sympathy. I spoke with Javier at Eagle and he could care less that I get my carport fixed or not. At this point, I feel that I will have to go to small claims court to get any resolution. Please avoid this company and any other company that subcontracts to Eagle Carports.
