I had the worst , rudest most humiliating encounter with The Plymouth, Ma Eastern Bank Manager. Summary : Im the only caregiver / health care proxy to my older brother who was recently put in a nursing home due to multiple strokes. After 9 days at a facility he didnt like, I had him moved to a nicer place which was a closer distance to my home.
