Eastern Savings bank is a predatory lender who has destroyed my financial situation and was unwilling to help me and my family from the very beginning. My interest rate went from 7 percent to 11.99 and even though i explained my current difficulties they have even raised my mortgage again after closing with penn housing to help my situation.
