The pieces were all mixed up (not separated by room). This is crazy. It took me an entire weekend to separate the parts into each room in addition to many handymen carrying heavy boxes up and down stairs as we split up the order. After all the labor costs I would have been better off using closet factory or another local company. It is not easy.
