Ecomfort, tells me I must contact LG, HVAC tech calls LG and have come to my house at least 3 times and the issue is not fixed. I have spent over 300 dollars in unnecessary visits and will spend more and ecomfort will not reimburse for giving me defective unit. The freaking unit has not even started and I am already having issues with this company.
