item never shipped, seller does not communicate, ecrater does not refund. I bought a skin care item and never got any tracking, no product, filed complaint with ecrater. They tried communicating with seller on my behalf but seller again did not answer, Ecrater then suggested I file a Resolution case with Paypal.
