Ede and Ravenscroft have never apologised to me for the delivery of the incorrect product or the problems with the USB stick. As I previously stated, please be aware as a consumer of what you are getting yourself involved in. This experience has hugely tainted the memories I have of my graduation.

My experience with Ede and Ravenscroft… My experience with Ede and Ravenscroft this week was really good. They were very well organised on the day with plenty of people there to help you fit your gown and hat and give you hair pins if you forgot your own so that no one was queuing for too long.
