We pushed for this to be reconsidered. The result so far (exemption conditions), is a welcome move in the right direction and the Council has to be commended for listening).

If that doesn't work, then you'll have to go thro' the council noise complaints and see what happens from that. I think you can ask the dog wardens to have a looksee but I'm not entirely sure what the dog wardens do. If you can make a few recordings and for sure keep a note of what time you hear the barking and for how long it goes on.
