After my trip, based on option I bought from eDreams, I asked eDreams to refund the fee I paid to Delta (about 800 USD for 2 people) for the date change. EDreams reaction was very unattentive. The first 6 months, there was a very slow response (after several emails, they finally asked to send supporting document which I did).
