Jun 20, 2019 · Edreams is the worst company. They send me two different prices of ticket (when I made reservation and wheh they confirmed reservation). I asked for my inovice, but they sent me 7 dys the same message: I am sorry for the inconvenience caused we request you to please wait for 72 hours I am escalating this case to our relevant department and they will assist your query. or: Please wait 24 hours.

After my trip, based on option I bought from eDreams, I asked eDreams to refund the fee I paid to Delta (about 800 USD for 2 people) for the date change. EDreams reaction was very unattentive. The person I spoke to said something unclear about making a complaint on the website. I see nowhere on the edreams website to make a complaint. I called again and was asked to call back tomorrow because the finance department is currently closed. Followed up again mid August. Spoke to someone who asked to confirm our bank account information.
