Do a search in this forum for "edreams" for hours of reading about them. All nasty comments about the same issue. edreams is a different company than Trip Advisor. It sounds like you used the flight search function and did not notice that you clicked on a link for edreams with whom you then booked your flight.

Andyice, I don't think that Edreams will be too concerned about your post, sorry. Despite many similar complaints, investigations by the CAA here in the UK, and warnings about them all over the web, they still seem to have an inexhaustible supply of new customers, all of whom seem oblivious tot heir very poor online reputation.

Jun 20, 2019 · Edreams is the worst company. They send me two different prices of ticket (when I made reservation and wheh they confirmed reservation). I asked for my inovice, but they sent me 7 dys the same message: I am sorry for the inconvenience caused we request you to please wait for 72 hours I am escalating this case to our relevant department and they will assist your query. or: Please wait 24 hours.

I provided eDreams with all the documentation that they asked for in order to get my refund and no results. And like other complaints on this page ther customer service is fine until something goes wrong as in my case, Airline cancelled my flight and illness in the family and eDreams total disregard for ther own rules. I just want my refund.
