Once through, the customer service team member I spoke to was helpfull to an extent and clear but I did request for an email to be sent regarding the refund and that the full amount would be refunded but was sent a generic email regarding the refund.

Although I found it annoying to have to pay a fee for using the service, I discovered that the fare was cheaper if reserved through edreams than directly with the airline.
