After my trip, based on option I bought from eDreams, I asked eDreams to refund the fee I paid to Delta (about 800 USD for 2 people) for the date change. EDreams reaction was very unattentive. Took more than 30 minutes to get through… Took more than 30 minutes to get through which isn't the person handling the call's fault. Once through, the customer service team member I spoke to was helpfull to an extent and clear but I did request for an email to be sent regarding the refund and that the full amount would be refunded but was sent a generic email regarding the refund.

Jun 20, 2019 · Edreams is the worst company. They send me two different prices of ticket (when I made reservation and wheh they confirmed reservation). I asked for my inovice, but they sent me 7 dys the same message: I am sorry for the inconvenience caused we request you to please wait for 72 hours I am escalating this case to our relevant department and they will assist your query. or: Please wait 24 hours.
