Ya Ya Creations’ bogus claim can not be proven, and there are several witnesses that can and are attesting to the condition of the merchandise when it arrived. The BBB now has an open case with this horrible excuse for a company, and many of us will be lodging separate complaints on appropriate web pages like this one.
