I traveled by Egypt air from Mumbai to Frankfurt on 3rd June 2018 with flights MS969 and MS785 with a transit at Cairo. This was the horrible experience ever in my life. The staff at the egypt air office in johanensburg were blatantly rude to my wife and have absolutely no idea of the concept of customer service. Egypt is now the last destination she will chose to visit again. Thanks for the review! I’ll be in Cairo this spring and have been debating EgyptAir or Air France for a connection to Paris. Ultimately it may come down to better pricing and/or miles, but I like knowing it’s a relatively decent option.

i used both Egypt Air & EgyptAir Express in september, they were all as per schedule , no delays.. Its a very good & cheap option from Nairobi to Europe.
