Had to get ComReg involved. Had to get ComReg involved in a complaint I made with Eir that continually fell on deaf ears. (Phone agents don't seem to be bothered with a resolution of issues and merely want to get you off the phone while online agents don't seem to be capable to actually do anything, even requesting a callback, even advising me of that fact themselves)
