My father is a vulnerable pensioner who took on a mobile wifi device after my mother died a few months ago. I had been a customer of Eircom some time ago. I found their service very poor at best. Their customer support services were pathetic, and complaints procedure non existent. I would NOT recommend Eircom telephony or internet services to anyone.

On one occasion I tried the complaints number, waited twenty five minutes and then someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me without either of us even speaking. I decided to cancel my subscription but couldn't get to talk to anyone. I ended up having to use the complaints form to notify them that I was leaving.
