Dec 10, 2008 · Has anyone ever used elong.net, China's own e-travel agency? I've found very good airfares on this site, but am a little leery of potential screwups. For one thing, elong says it can deliver the tickets up until the day before our departure. I would hate to find out then that there were problems with our tickets (my family wouldn't be so happy either).

I have used Agoda a few dozens times in the past years, all for Asian hotels, Japan, Korea, China, HK, Taiwan.No problem thus far. I used the agoda points once for free hotel, and once it refunded me $300 when I discovered the same suite in same hotel agoda online price dropped that much after I checked in, took several emails, but always worked out.
