Re: Complaint of poor service – ENT Ward (D8) of Queen Alexandra Hospital I was transferred from MFU/St Richard Hospital to ENT Ward in the QAH at lunch time on 3rd December 2019. I was seen by the doctor in the ENT ward and the doctor in the eye clinic. I was sent to the bed no 23 for the IV treatment in the bed.5/5

My husband had a stroke on Mother’s Day and we can’t praise the stroke team and ward enough for the kindness and understanding he was shown .We know the hospital has a lot of problems but he had to come back into A&E and the poor staff where run of their feet he had to be in a corridor bay whilst having TIAs and the staff just didn’t have a bed available but they tried their best this ...5/5(2)
