The email was correctly punctuated that was a draft copy posted on here before it was sent across to them, but from what I have experienced with O2 as of late I am sure the bulk of the staff there wouldn't know what punctuation was if it slapped them in the face.

Actually the best way I found to contact O2 (due to their shocking customer service, including. forgetting to put their contact email address on their website) is to email the ombudsmans. office ([email protected]) and ask them to contact O2 on your behalf. That's a bit of a long winded way @Zeus.
