This is the worst Customer Service ever that I had seen in Canada. Since 22nd of september, I had called Enbridge atleast 3-4times a day, and spent atleast 30mins a day about the same, as every time I have to explain to them from beginning. Enbridge needs to understand the value of time and the discomfort too.

I just looked at my Enbridge bills. There is a “Customer Charge” each month on my Enbridge bill for the cost of Customer Service and Meter Reading. From July 2005 to July 2008 this “Customer Charge” increased from $11.25 per month to $12 per month an increase of about 6.6% or 2.2% per year. This increase seems to be in line with inflation.
