Mar 05, 2011 · Amazon uses a free shipping service for some items valued at $25 or more and now I know why its free shipping. Not Fedx, UPS or USPS but some outfit called Ensenda. I googled them up under Ensenda complaints and the reviews ain’t to good.

Jun 05, 2015 · If Amazon is using OnTrac and similar couriers for their same day delivery then it will be a horrible failure. On Amazon's own carrier feedback forum you can see how many people dislike the OnTrac carrier. I've had issues with another courier called Ensenda but nothing has shipped to me via that courier for a long time.

Ordered from Amazon, no package arrives although tracking number says it did, contact Ensenda and they tell me that the driver says he delivered it (He would have no reason to lie, right?), and then they tell me to talk to Amazon. I have never had a problem with any package from Amazon until I got a package delivered through this company.
