He tried to sell me what he claimed was an extended warranty that was every bit as good as the factory warranty for my ten year old vehicle.

This is an update after I have had time to cool off and really think about the issues I have had with my extended warranty purchased through Autopom, Autopom isn't the issue in my point of view. It's the warranty company they represent, Enterprise Financial Group (EFG). Autopom only sells the extended warranty policy.

The first time I had a break down, I called them and they gave me a claim number and said they would get back with me. Well that never happened.
