First time with Eon and very… First time with Eon and very disappointed. Trying to resolve a bill issue for 3weeks, reps promised to call back, no call back. Eon booked smart meter installation to my house. Didn't turn up and apologised that they have overbooked. Compensated with £30. Absolutely ridiculous service.

Meter fitting itself was fine, however the engineer forgot to turn the gas back on. I didn’t realise until I got home to find the heating not working and had to call Eon, luckily half an hour before they closed, otherwise I’d have been left with no heating for the night and/or a very expensive emergency heating call out.
