Jul 15, 2019 · I also ordered 2 dresses on eShakti and spent $200. The dresses were not made to the measurements that I provided, and are several sizes too large. Afeter i had sent several e-mails to their customer "Champion", a remake was promised for one dress, and a refund for the other, but this was 3 weeks ago and I have not received anything so far.

We went to a tailor locally to have the dresses altered, and the tailor checked her measurements – they were exactly as sent to eShakti, and the dresses were made 1″ or more larger in almost every dimension. I really do want to like eshakti. I ordered one dress, standard size, and it was perfect. So, I ordered three tops and a second dress, providing measurements for a custom fit. Unfortunately, the measurements weren’t followed, so the items fit oddly- tight here, loose there- just like off the rack. (I suspect the custom fit is an over-statment.

Dec 13, 2011 · Eshakti Customer Service Is Non-Responsive. Last year, I returned some items and was told my account would be credited. The credit, which was more than $300, does not show on my account when I log in. I have sent two emails to the customer service for eshakti, but received no response.
