Interesting - Im based in the Gulf and choose Etihad over Emirates and Qatar airways because of their service. When ever I have had a complaint its been dealt with promptly. Complaints logged at the website end up in a black hole - expect no response, forget about a resolution. if you miss a Etihad connecting flight at Abu Dhabi airport because your incoming Etihad flight was late, BE PREPARED TO BEAR THE EXPENSES. I would not travel Etihad ever again and will actively advise everybody I know to avoid this airline.
