Eurail 2019 changes: Lower prices overall and new countries! Eurail Passes now include England, Scotland, Wales, Lithuania, and Macedonia. Avoid EURail at all cost!! The idea of the travel pass is that you get to travel All the times you want in X number of days by train. Also, a big plus when I bought it was the freedom of entering and exiting trains along the way to visit intermediate stops, but in practice it’s nothing like that.
