Europcar Paddington “office” was a horrible experience. We assumed Paddington car park had/was an office location. There was no signage for Europcar in the Paddington car park at all. The phone number for the local office was changed so it was not easy to call them on a loud busy street.

I now see their 85% 1 star reviews are warranted. We booked a BMW X5 through Webjet (an authorised third party seller for Europcar). Paid a deposit of $14.06 to Webjet, balance owing to be paid at Europcar counter of $170. Upon arriving at Europcar I was advised I would be downgraded to an X3. Disappointing.
