Confirmed booking on Expedia and money taken but 5 days before we are due to travel, got an email from the hotel via Expedia saying they are fully booked and we have no room. They offered an alternative at 30% discount as it wasn’t anywhere near as good or where we wanted to be, but the resort was fully booked so we had no choice.
