I was not notified by mail or phone that my unit was going up for auction as descripted in the contract for renting a storage unit from ez storage. When, i arrived in baltimore to get my storage out, it was told that i owed them 700 dollars, which didn't include just the storage fee but other surchages,interest etc. My unit was about 150 a month.

Sep 01, 2011 · See it is rude to assume things, I have actually had the unit for a few months and did not get the whole 1 month for a dollar thing and I had no plans to leave EZ Storage until the manager harassed me and tried to have her friends scared me and the GM called me a liar without talking to her and going back on saying I was able to go in.
