Jan 05, 2017 · Rice as with any grain can be a problem for dogs as it isn't what they would naturally eat. For skin problems I would try a raw diet, nothing in there to aggravate the skin and saw a post on here where the dog (Staff if I remember rightly) had the most awful skin problems which had improved by 50% after just one week on raw.
