A) Sleepys allowed me to do a comfort exchange for a higher end Latex bed from Dr bruise ( I paid the difference in price, exchange fees and redelivery price) The bed was much firmer than in the store, so complained to sleepys who let me exchange for a Simmons comforpedic which was evn more money, so I paid a total of 110 in upgrade prices, fees and redelivery

Sleepys is a complete joke. I have had 2 defective mattresses and they will not exchange for a third because there is a tear on the 2nd. I have had it less than 3 weeks, and the mattress has been completely protected the entire time.
