I registered a complaint with VRBO and while they attached the complaint to the owner's file, VRBO does not want to get involved with money issues and it is up to you to TRY and collect from the owner. Nov 09, 2018 · I guess I will have to file a credit card dispute considering that my efforts with both the owner and VRBO are in vain. VRBO is of absolutely no help and they are actually advocating the use of disputing the transaction rather than them trying to arbitrate the matter.
