Flight Centre quoted a fee of $450 per family member (x4) to cancel even though the airline only charges $150. This fee was more than half the total cost of the flights. Hi. There is every chance that flight centre are not showing live prices and it works like this, first see cheap price at end of hook, take the bait and book your nice cheap tickets. Agent then has your cash and emails you with the promise to try and buy you flights at the cheap price.. Then next day, sad email, price has gone up to roughly £100 more than airline offer, can't buy your ticket ...
