Jan 24, 2009 · In my oppinion Stay away from Forino homes, their customer service sucks. They put our yard in, it has rocks all over the surface, the grass didn't grow in most spots, the driveway is pitted, it just sank in the one corner, they use cheap materials, and our basement floor cracked all over the place.

Wow, I've been in construction for 30 yrs +. I never heard such complaints. The problem is customers think homes are like fast food, u can't build a nice home overnight. U get what you pay for and builders are told take it LOOK RIGHT. The other problem is most of the subs contractors are Mexican, because they are cheaper.
