I purchased a GPS from fotoconnection.com, and I called them the day I received it because it didn't work. Would not even turn on. They will accept a return, but they require me to pay a 15% restocking fee, will not refund the shipping charge, and on top of that, I have to pay for the return shipping.

FotoConnection is a scam and buying from them one is under a big risk!!!! I ordered Canon Rebel XTi digital camera under the price that was stated on their web site and recived a phone call from the sales person (Sam) the next day pushing me to buy some additional stuff (like batteries) I didn't even need.

I intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the legal authorities in New York. Fotoconnection has a staff, which is crude, obnoxious. if you need some one to complaint to the best way to do it is to first. find out where their headquarters is the bbb website is perfect for this and because you ordered online complaining to the fcc would not be a bad idea either. the attorney general is a good place to file a complaint on this compnay as well.
