I have a Foxtel satellite dish which could receive any service including Austar, but they are prohibited from serving our area because of Foxtel. Cable is not offered in our area.

    Good work!! The more people who take the time to use the Complaints Process, the better our chances of getting the problem fixed. I believe that we have the right to be provided with a reasonable service. I don't understand your last sentence. Isn't that service provided by Foxtel Now?

    Unfortunately in my experience trying to communicate with Foxtel Techical through this community blog is a total waste of time. It seems inefficient to me that the Technical Division waste this avenue of communication but they seem to, having never posted to my knowledge..I found the only way was through the Foxtel Complaints Process.
